Pesto With Roasted Red Pepper Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    2 tbsp Pesto
    3 oz fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin
    ¼ cup Roasted Red Peppers
    Red Pepper Flakes, as needed (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Brush pesto over entire surface of crust.
    2. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese and roasted red peppers.
    3. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
    4. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    5. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve.
