1. Preheat oven to 425°F. In 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook onion, stirring frequently about 5 to 8 minutes until golden and caramelized.
2. Place Brooklyn Bread crust on work surface. Spread with ½ cup fig jam to within ½-inch from edge. Top with carmelized onions and goat cheese.
3. Bake pizza 5 to 8 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese softens. Remove from oven.
4. Top pizza with arugula; spoon remaining ¼ cup fig jam onto pizza
