PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-cooked beef tenderloin
BAKE TIME: 9-12 minutes
TOTAL TIME: 14-17 minutes
Ingredients
1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 3 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin ¾ cup Red Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half 3 oz Beef Tenderloin, medium rare, sliced thin ½ cup Arugula, fresh 1 tbsp EVOO (optional)
Directions
1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over surface of crust. 2. Top with the tomato halves. 3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 4. Remove pizza from oven and top with the sliced beef and arugula. Serve.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
