Serve Me Some Steak Pizza

SERVINGS: 2-4

PREP TIME: 5 minutes using pre-cooked beef tenderloin

BAKE TIME: 9-12 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 14-17 minutes

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust
    3 oz Fresh Mozzarella, sliced thin
    ¾ cup Red Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
    3 oz Beef Tenderloin, medium rare, sliced thin
    ½ cup Arugula, fresh
    1 tbsp EVOO (optional)

  • Directions

    1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over surface of crust.
    2. Top with the tomato halves.
    3. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan.
    4. Remove pizza from oven and top with the sliced beef and arugula. Serve.

    TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
