1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust 3.5 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin 2 medium Red Tomatoes, sliced thin ¼ cup Basil Leaves Oregano (optional) EVOO (optional)
Directions
1. Evenly distribute mozzarella cheese over surface of crust and top with tomatoes. 2. For crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone at 400°F for 9-12 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. For chewy crust, bake on a sheet pan. 3. Remove from oven and top with basil leaves. Sprinkle with oregano if desired. 4. Let pizza rest for 2 minutes before cutting. Serve
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with EVOO after baking.
