Autumn Veggie & Prosciutto Pizza

  • Ingredients

    1 Brooklyn Bred Traditional, Original or Ancient Grains Pizza Crust

    1 tbsp EVOO

    1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

    1/2 cup cooked squash of choice (butternut, honeynut, acorn)

    1/2 cup cooked shaved Brussels sprouts (or another green vegetable)

    1/4 cup crispy red onion (or yellow onion)

    Prosciutto or charcuterie of choice

  • Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

    2. Brush crust evenly with EVOO. Top with cheese, squash, Brussels sprouts, red onion and prosciutto.

    3. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust is slightly golden brown.

    4. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
