Easy Chorizo Hors D’oeuvre

A quick and easy hors d’oeuvre option

Brooklyn Bred Bistro Sticks Easy Chorizo Bites

DIRECTIONS

1/2 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Sticks package (9 sticks)*
6 oz. of mild chorizo, sliced into rounds
6 oz. assorted cheese (we used a mix of Spicy Havarti, Monterey Jack and Sharp Cheddar), cubed
1 each of red and green jalapeño, both sliced thin

Cut Brooklyn Bred Bistro Sticks into bite size pieces. Top each first with a piece of chorizo then a cube of cheese and finally add a thin sliced piece of jalapeño. Skewer with a toothpick for ease of serving and eating.

* Can also be made using any of our Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crusts.
