Mediterranean Pizza – Brooklyn BRED

1 Brooklyn Bred Original, Traditional or Ancient Grain Pizza Crust
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil, Divided
1 Cup Shredded Whole Milk Mozzarella
¼ Cup Hand Crushed San Marzano Tomatoes, Drained
1/3 cup Thinly Sliced Smoked Ham
¼ Cup Sliced Pepperoncini
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta
¼ Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives
Pinch of Oregano

Preheat oven to 425F°.

Place Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust on foil lined cookie sheet and lightly brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil, bake for 3-5 minutes.

Remove from oven, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, San Marzano tomatoes, smoked ham, pepperoncini, feta and Kalamata olives.

Place back in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Remove from oven, transfer to a cutting board, drizzle with remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and a sprinkling of oregano. Slice and serve.
