Each serving has 16g or more of whole grains. Thin and lite with a bubbly personality, it is conveniently ready-to-top, ready-to-crisp and ready-to-entertain indoors or outdoors. Makes an amazing sandwich too!

What is Organic Khorasian Flour?

Organic Khorasan—sometimes called Kamut—is a delicious, sweet and nutty grain, rich in fiber, protein, minerals & vitamins, and is easily digestible. In Biblical Times Khorasan was harvested and celebrated as “The Staff of Life”.

Crisping Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F, with pizza stone if desired.

CHOOSE your favorite toppings, place on crust and prepare to enjoy your creation.

CHEWY CRUST: Bake on a sheet pan for 7-9 minutes.

CRISPY CRUST: Bake directly on oven rack or pizza stone for 9-12 minutes.

EXTRA CRIPSY CRUST: Pre-bake olive oil brushed crust for 3-5 minutes, add toppings and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.

NOTE: Amount of toppings may affect bake time.

TIP: For best flavor drizzle with olive or truffle oil after baking.

Storage for Best Results

Use fresh by expiration date. Freeze any time prior to expiration for long term use.
