Bistro Buns

Serves 4

Directions

4 Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns
4 eggs, scrambled
4 slices thick cut bacon, cooked then cut in half
4 slices cheddar cheese

Separate Brooklyn Bred Bistro Buns and toast lightly.

Layer cheese and eggs on bottom half of each bun. Top with bacon and bun top. Serve warm.
