Buffalo Chicken Pizza

All the flavors of a delicious Buffalo chicken sandwich on a flatbread

1 Brooklyn Bred Original, Traditional or Ancient Grain Pizza Crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup prepared Buffalo sauce
½ cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
¼ cup cooked bacon, diced
2 tablespoons diced red onion
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
Scallion, celery as garnish (both optional)

Brush Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust with olive oil. Toss cooked chicken with Buffalo sauce and spread evenly across crust. Top with bacon and diced red onion. Sprinkle with both cheeses. Bake directly on rack or pizza stone at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until toppings are melted and crust is crisp. Remove and serve immediately. Garnish with diced fresh celery and scallions if desired.
