Lamb Pizza – Brooklyn BRED

1 Brooklyn Bred Original or Traditional Pizza Crust
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Goat Cheese
2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Mint
1-1/2 Cups Sliced Lamb (cooked)
More Chopped Parsley, to garnish (optional)

Preheat oven to 425F°.

Brush olive oil on Brooklyn Bred Pizza Crust and pre-bake for 3-4 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven.

Whip goat cheese, lemon juice, parsley, rosemary and mint in a food processor until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.

Spread whipped, herbed goat cheese over crust. Top with lamb and bake for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove from oven. Garnish with parsley if using.
