Pinwheels – Brooklyn BRED

Tuna & Avocado Pinwheels:

1 perforated Brooklyn Bred Traditional Lavash Roll-Up
1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise
5 oz seared tuna
¼ cup sliced avocado
¼ cup sliced roasted red pepper

Lay out roll-up and spread chipotle mayonnaise evenly over entire piece.
Top with the seared tuna, followed by peppers and avocado.
Roll-up tight and slice into 3 pinwheels (about 1.5” each).

Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Pinwheels:

1 perforated Brooklyn Bred Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
3.5 oz smoked salmon
1 ounce cream cheese
1 teaspoon capers

Lay out 1 perforated roll-up.
Spread cream cheese evenly on the roll-up up to the edges.
Sprinkle capers over cream cheese.
Place smoked salmon to cover the entire roll-up.
Roll-up tight and slice into 3 pinwheels (about 1.5” each).

Cold Cut & Cheese Pinwheels:

1 Perforated Brooklyn Bred Traditional or Sprouted Grains Lavash Roll-Up
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
2 slices provolone cheese
4-6 slices (1.5 - 2oz) of sliced soppressata or salami
2 slices (2oz) deli ham
About a handful of fresh spinach

Spread pesto over entire perforated roll-up.
Top with pesto with cheese, followed by soppressata and ham.
Sprinkle spinach over the cold cuts.
Roll-up tight and slice into 3 pinwheels (about 1.5” each).
