Shaped with racy curves and naturally fermented with flavor, Brooklyn Bred Sprouted Grain Thin Pizza Crust is thin, lite, and sprouted with wellness. Each serving has 11g or more of whole grains. The crust is also made with ‘00’ pizza flour, the most refined, powder-soft specialty flour available. Ideal for appetizers, single-serve pizzas and calorie-counting options. Makes a delicious panini sandwich too!

Why Eat Sprouted Grains?

The sprouting of grains creates a better source of nutrients and antioxidants. Breads made with Sprouted Grains are lower in glycemic index and are easier to digest, keeping you fuller for longer.

Crisping Instructions

PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F, with pizza stone if desired.

CHOOSE your favorite toppings, place on crust and prepare to enjoy your creation.

CHEWY CRUST: Bake on a sheet pan for 6-8 minutes.

CRISPY CRUST: Bake directly on oven rack for 5-7 minutes or pizza stone for 4-5 minutes.

NOTE: Amount of toppings may affect bake time. 

TIP: For best flavor drizzle with olive or truffle oil after baking.

Storage for Best Results

Use fresh by expiration date. Freeze any time prior to expiration for long term use.
