The crust is also made with ‘00’ pizza flour, the most refined, powder-soft specialty flour available. Ideal for appetizers, single-serve pizzas and calorie-counting options. Makes a delicious panini sandwich too!

PREHEAT OVEN to 400°F, with pizza stone if desired.
CHOOSE your favorite toppings, place on crust and prepare to enjoy your creation.
CHEWY CRUST: Bake on a sheet pan for 6-8 minutes.
CRISPY CRUST: Bake directly on oven rack for 5-7 minutes or pizza stone for 4-5 minutes.
NOTE: Amount of toppings may affect bake time.
TIP: For best flavor drizzle with olive or truffle oil after baking.

Ugh! I am so frustrated that we can no longer find this in any stores, and the search function on this website will only allow people to search by zip code or city instead of telling us where in the country we can actually find this product. We had friends shipping them to us from Arizona, but they can no longer find them anywhere in the PHX area. Yes, I asked my local store to please order them for me (they used to carry them…Traverse City, MI), but they can no longer get them. And YES, I contacted the company (via phone and email), and was told repeatedly that they were checking into it…and then…crickets. Such a bummer! It stinks to find a product you love and know it is out there somewhere, but not be able to find it. Brooklyn Bred…do better!!! Ugh-
